Subway - Dandenong

The workers here have no idea what they do. order by menulog and they were absolutely unclear and refused to make my order even thought I was already waiting for the collection and had paid for my order. important training needed. so incompetent

I go there every Thursday afternoon. I don't know why the customer service is really bad. I always give an appointment when I ask for an additional add on on. then, when I go to order something else, they give me more attitude.

I was viciously attacked by mayonnaise left on the floor. The customer service was great though

2021 Nov they do good with Offers.Dec I ordered online for pick up and they needed to make changes due to unavailability, but didn't call to let me know til I got there and had to wait another ~15mins while other people were served first!Placed an order via app again within the hours, drove there and they already packed up. What's the point of having listed open hours if you already cleaned everything might as well reduce the proper hrs so you have time to close and clean!!Lady said she tried to call me but the number was wrong missing a digit Either that's bullsht or the Subway app is stuffed because I checked my details in there and it's correct!!!Great in the beginning now these last 2 visits have been disappointing.
