I ordered 21 pieces and 2 large chips at this restaurant, but the 2 large chips were only half filled, very oily and greasy. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff at the front counter and showed them photos as proof. However, the store manager, Nathan, refused to help or check my order because I had touched the food myself. I was shocked to hear this and found him to be very rude in the way he spoke to me. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and will not be returning.

We ordered the 21 pieces eimer combo and other items yesterday. we found that the haw was very soggy and drop with oil. looks like they were some pieces from the left and served them hot. my family of seven members was of a long one. have come and have been completely faded. we decided to eat what was ever served. after dinner we had to wash our hands because of the over oily chicken pieces. no tissues were provided. Unfortunately, the washroom was locked and when they approached the staff, they said it was under repair. I was allowed to use the washroom when I asked him. the washroom pool had splashed everywhere and medicamentenparaphernalia. toilets were very scary. it was a terrible experience.

I went there with tara this afternoon and I had the original fillet burger hot rods without salat, but with large / regular chips and a 7UP and tara had the zinger stacker burger with sunkist and I gave her the big chips. the employees were very. friendly and thoughtful and the service was amazing.

I enjoyed a freshly cooked chicken and chips meal with a cold drink at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient, despite it being very busy. There were plenty of parking spaces available.
