Jean-Claude c has been the best server for months! he is friendliness and love to detail is amazing! nice to meet him and we will visit again!

Service has gotten worse and worse as the time goes. I only go there like once every two months cause of my children, but last time I went my daughter's boneless wings were undercooked and I saw the waitress going outside to smoke for like 10 mins, and by the time she came to check on us, we had our entrees and everyone's water needed to be refilled. Sticking to chili's for the kids for now on. (I like to treat them with whatever they want to eat once a month, is not my choice)

Had a meal there this evening (bacon burger)… terribly disappointing. The hamburger roll was stale, rock solid on the edges. Fries were soggy (which were replaced) but meal was less than enjoyable.

This is outrageous. When I first arrived there I had to wait in line for an hour even though there wasn’t anyone else there. And I brought down my family that came all the way down from Jamaica. When they began to seat us we noticed that the seats and table looked like it was never cleaned. So we asked the worker there if they could clean it nicely but instead the worker flipped out and started flipping the tables everywhere at us. At this point we had no idea what to do so we tried to leave but they would let us. They locked the door so we couldn’t leave and began to Spit on us and call us selfish people. I was so stunned to speak. I really wish that no one comes here. The workers here were very disrespectful and out of control. They need to be put in jail or held accountable. This is very unexpected and wish for it to never happen ever again.

Excellent. we live in nj and that was far above the standards used by us. so many more options on the menu that eating was fresh, rasred super. the server was also excellent. the howell nj and parsippany nj must make a few lections.
