Starbucks - Dana Point

My favorite Starbucks location. This location is not only clean, the service is swift, always great and friendly, and as well as other employees at this location know what they're doing and do it well! You'll be in and out in an appropriate amount of time, you won't stand around and wait 30-40 minutes for a drink like other locations, as well as the fact that I decided to bite the bullet, and buy one of their little bento, snack boxes, and for the first time, I got one that was not stale! Really happy that this location focuses on quality control, and good service! Wish I could get more stars. Also this location is super convenient being off golden lantern.

I 'm a huge Starbucks fan and think I 'm pretty patient. I 'm completely perplexed by my experience at this Starbucks yesterday. I went in to order a breakfast sandwich, around noon. Not terribly busy, maybe 4 customers in the whole store. 4 employees. I order my sandwich. I stand and wait. And wait. Sure, some online orders come up, maybe a person or two come in and pick up. 15 minutes later I mention to employee, Is it possible my sandwich order has been missed? Her reply. I don 't know. I 'm going on a 10 minute break . My sandwich shows up a few minutes later. I just don 't get it. If there was some unknown issue, I would have liked to know when I ordered it would be 20 minutes a sandwich. Just saying....

One of the cleanest Starbucks! Food and drinks are the same as any other Starbucks. I also don't think the drinks should be based on the location but rather the barista that makes it. First time here, I needed a place to chill and work. They had a lot of seats available from communal table, high top tables, and lounge chairs.The bathroom was kept clean as wellIf you need a place to study or read, you can definitely count on this location
