Glad to come here. At least they removed that sleepy cashier. Enjoyed my meal.

KFC has a managerial and supervision issue that has been there for years. Even after changing their chicken to local and the taste rely improved, the staff still make unforgivable mistakes such as wrong orders and missing items in the order... those mistakes almost disappeared from the market but KFC still doing it. Revised on 17 Sep 2022: Major change in everything. KFC food became great specially after using local chicken not the previously imported one. Their response in Drive-thru and Dine-in improved a lot.

Overall experience is below satisfied.. the flavor of the chicken is not as expected. i order spice chicken.. i am not expecting very spice but at least i should feel the heat like as before, the chicken is slightly crispy kind of undercooked the buns are hard its not new, the serving should at least be little more presentable, and the way the staff serve the extra chicken in our table is with a tong.. literally he took it from the warmer with a tong and directly bring it on our table and put it directly to my friends plate.. we are talking about hygiene and the staff is literally rushing us to fill the feedback form even we just finish ordering. plus no sanitizer on the door so we need to touch door in and out no tissue even.

The worst ever if u want black and not cooked chicken u have chosen the right branch (marakbat). Garlic sauce is smaller than the other branches, not recommended at all. !!!!
