Starbucks - Damascus

Last Saturday at 10am I met a friend at the Damascus Starbucks . We hadn't seen each other for many months so we planned to spend several hours catching up. Our drinks were fine. There is a large comfortable seating area and we got a table far away from the counter and other tables. However, half an hour after we arrived, the music was turned up so loud we couldn't hear our conversation. We ended up leaving. Starbucks missed out on filling several more drink orders for us.

Have gotten my drink order wrong the last 3 times I have gone . If I mention it’s not what I ordered the staff are extremely rude. My order is a simple hot latte , no bells or whistles .

The customer service was excellent and I really enjoyed the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino.
