All-you-can-eat hot pot: Supreme Pot is an all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant, which means you can eat as much as you want for a set price. This is a great option for people who love hot pot and want to try a variety of dishes.The venue is spacious and has both human and robot cat waiters.Nice well stocked sauce bar with tons of options.You can get get hot pot or bbq grill but not both.Of all the meat options, the lamb stands out as the freshest and most flavorful.They give you the QR code and you have to order off of one phone within your party.Personally, I highly lean towards the house special spicy broth Chinese herbal broth.Overall a nice, modern, AYCE hot pot venue with affordable prices and a spacious interior good for both small and large groups.

My main highlights: Very easy ordering system, little to no wait, and plenty of parking even during peak times.You can order off your phone every 10 minutes but it’s definitely enough time. I recommend ordering your meat first and then and all your veggies and stuff later! Also I really like the sauce bar, which has plenty of options.The service here is a lot better than other hot pot places in the area because you don’t have flag anyone down to order since you order on the app. If anything it’s more efficient here.This place is truly a hidden gem and I like this place more. Definitely more lowkey and plenty of room to bring large parties.

Kevin was absolutely terrible! we have gone here since they opened. We remember when they opened and our server was Ryan. we began to go there once a week and when the new staff came in. the restaurant experience made a turn. Kevin was disresptful and did not do anything to accommodate. Kevin was on his phone 24/7. he was staring at us and judging use as if we were poor. honestly it felt like racism.we ordered and they brought the wrong item, however we didn't realize that the order came through wrong. we asked politely for what we want. INCLUDING, the soup that my spouse can not eat what the tomatoe flavor! he is illergic. kevin had no empathy. he is a teribile server/waiter. to be frank, i did not want to pay however i am respectful and still cleaned up after myself. i hope Kevin realizes that his costumer service and being on his phone the whole time will only not make his career end up in trash or will get him let go.here is a picture of how he looked at. i honestly would like a refund. after going here since they opened it was an absolute terrible experience. would like corprate or the owner to message me.

A cool place to have dinner with friends, younger crowd. Service could be better.

I enjoyed Supreme Pot very much. Modern place with good vibe. Food was delicious with a variety of item choices. We sat in a booth, which was well sized and comfortable, plenty of space between tables. Our food came out of the kitchen on a robotic server, and then delivered to our table by our human server, who was pleasant and upbeat to interact with. I will be back !
