Bidrage med feedbackThis place has absolutely amazing stuff. The chef has an expanded menu on Saturdays. Pretty much every meal they make is to die for, but aji de gallina is my favorite, lomo saltado, chaufa and ceviche come close second. And obviously alfajores are fantastic, otherwise they wouldn't be selling them all over the Bay Area. A place to go if you like good food, and not just Peruvian.
This is the most authentic outside of Peru that I have tried here in the Bay AreaAlfajores are amazing!!
Great affordable empanadas and alfajores. The Peruvian specials on Saturday are also delicious.Vegetarian options: Spinach empanadas
What else can I say… the best alfajor I’ve had in the Bay Area!
If you compare the empadinha of brasil , empanadas Chileans or Argentinean, this is as better or better than those, you can really taste the beef with savory and the fat on it but not greasy wich allow you to enjoy and taste all on it ,the dough is well done again not greasy with is good since you don't get the after flavor of the oils. The salchipapas were delicious! Plus you got the calamata olive sauce .We really love the place .The extra bonuses was the price were really a steal. The only bad was to they are off Sunday and Monday and the bins dishes are only Saturday. No to mention the alfajores witch were the heaven, the cherry on top of the ice cream.
