Taco Bell - Dalton

Orders at this Taco bell can either be made or miss. Mostly, my order is fine, but every time in a while they screw it up.

Food was alright. However, I asked three times to make sure there was no lettuce on my tacos and they still put lettuce.

I would go across the street to DEL TACO, HOME OF FR E SH A VOCA DO!! Much better food, doesn?t taste like a boiled sack of meat.

I just went through the drive-thru, and the service was terrible. I ordered a Crunchwrap combo, substituting black beans for beef, but the cashier accused me of wanting an additional Crunchwrap at full price. When I reached the window, she refused to check with the manager to clarify the pricing. I was told that this was just the standard price for substitutions. Frustrated, I canceled my order and logged into the Taco Bell app. I made the same substitutions, and my total came to $6.89 instead of $12. As a long-time customer who appreciates the valuable vegan options at fast food places like Taco Bell, I’m familiar with the prices. It's important for your staff to be trained properly on using their systems before dealing with other issues.

My six-year-old absolutely loves Taco Glocke; it's the only place she eats a lot. I really enjoy their sweet tea and chicken tacos as well!
