Oki Hibachi Plus - Dalton

Came into Oki-Hibachi today on my 30 minute break and I’m happy to say I had a good experience. Frey greeted me as soon as I came in despite having other customers. He was efficient in taking my order and just as fast coming out with the food. I recommend anyone to come in! Shoutout to my boy

The food is always hot and fresh and service is quick!!

Customer service is non existent at this restaurant. The waitress as well as the lady taking the order act like you’re the biggest inconvenience to their day. Will not recommend nor eat here again. We will just keep going to Fuji.

This place used to be really good during Covid. It was my favorite. The chicken now is just batter. The cook was eating at the same time cooking other people’s food. The girls were sitting at a table filling sauces and also eating at the same time. I had to wipe the table and booth off. My wife ate an entire clove of garlic. The staff is not friendly and care more about the cell phones than actual working. Half of the fountain drinks were out. This is my first review ever. But the owner needs to know because even my friends and family say the same thing about the place.

I took my order to go my waiting time was about 20 min. I love the fried rice and chicken teriyaki it's very delicious. The spring rolls are really good too. The kids meals for take out are almost the same amount as a regular meal.
