Great American Cookies - Dalton

I wanted to share that Sarah Beth, one of the employees at the Dalton, GA location, did a fantastic job decorating a cookie for my coworker's birthday today! He absolutely loved it, and it really meant a lot to him.

My wife had ordered several cookie decorating packs for pick-up at a specific date and time. However, when she arrived, the order hadn’t been processed and wasn’t ready. While it turned out to be an error on our part, the staff at the store was incredibly gracious and quickly assisted us in fulfilling the order. All of the employees worked together to help, and the manager was friendly and supportive throughout the process. Thanks to their efforts, our pre-Christmas gathering went off as planned, and we are truly grateful for their dedication.

GACC in Dalton has always been wonderful. Wendy and her staff are the best around. This is always our go to location for cookie cakes! With four kids we get cakes numerous times a year, for many years, and they are always perfectly decorated, kind to help us design exactly what we want, and very fresh. Definitely order!

Absolutely love this place especially our local Dalton store! The girls at this location are the BEST!

This is the best Great American Cookie store my family has ever been to. Their cookies are consistently fresh. We order multiple cakes from here each year, and they always exceed our expectations!
