Applebee's Grill - Dalton

Hyley saved the day for us. We were about to leave due to lack of service, but Hyley explained that it was a shift change. I told her that wasn't our problem and that we needed service. Shift changes should not affect the service. Our assigned server even made eye contact with us and then turned and walked away. Hyley stepped in and took our order, staying with us for the entire meal even though we weren't in her section. The food was amazing, especially the steak that made my husband very happy after our long 12-hour drive. Thank you, Hyley, for coming to our rescue. I apologize for being short at the beginning. We will definitely return to this location if we are in the area again.

Update 11/11/2020: Our waitress, Jennifer N, was also friendly and attentive. The manager, Leigh B, checked on us a couple of times to ensure everything was great. Our food was served hot and fresh.

Friendly staff and their drinks are really good. Prices are affordable you can get mix drinks for 5 dollars

First time I have been here in a very long time. I am talking 10-15 years. There has obviously been a major rebuild since I was last there. Liked the food and the service was good too. I'll be back!
