I've always ordered from roma and that's the second time that something went wrong. the first time that the owner said he would do it right and never did, and this time was the last stray. I ordered a pfeffer chocolate sub with extra cheese and extra pfefferoni and what I got was a pfeffer chocolate sub with cheese. I called the load to let them know, and the girl who answered the phone laughed at me and said well that we would put extra cheese on it. I explained I have the sub right in front of me, and there is no extra cheese, and she just said that she would put on it extra. I don't like to be told that I lie, and oh, as I have pictures of the sub, but it doesn't matter because that was my last order of them. never again!

We used to love this place . Ordered every week for years once or twice , the new customer service is horrible . They messed up our pizza , didn’t deliver our 2 liter of soda , and told us that because we had ordered through slice they would re make it and “hopefully” they’ll deliver it . Even though they were responsible for screwing up our order in the first place ! Never ordering from there again . They have gone WAY downhill

Installing hand grips on the sides of your toilet is a good idea if you plan on eating here. Expect explosive diarrhea. Happened on two separate occasions so something is definitely amiss in this kitchen. I'm done.
