Tatering - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Loved using them! Planning process with them for our wedding catering was soooo easy. I asked a million questions that were answered pretty promptly. They were seamless for our wedding day too and honestly as the bride they seemed to pull everything off without a hitch. The food was yummy too. The only thing is that they skimped some of our guests because they thought they were going to run out but we ended up having sooooo many leftovers. Like so many. Their prices for wedding catering are literally unbeatable!!

Tatering was an excellent choice for our wedding catering service. They kept our guests and I well fed and stayed on top of bussing tables during the night. We had the chicken/beef fajita buffet and we were very happy with the quality of their food and services!

Had smallish wedding for about 70 guests. Meatball and spinach appetizers were very good. Chicken main course was okay, and sirloin was very, very bad. Overall not bad for the money, other than the sirloin.

We picked Tatering because they were a preferred vendor by our wedding venue. The tasting went well and we had no issues until the wedding day. Minutes before I walked down the aisle I was told the catering forgot ALL of the appetizers for cocktail hour. The staff had been at the venue for over an hour and no one had notified the day-of planner or myself. They did not try to solve the problem and we had to push dinner up to make sure everyone didn 't go hungry. At dinner the chicken was dry and the brisket had a large amount of fat. A member of our wedding party requested more food for his son as he had napped through dinner and the staff refused to give him food. I did not find out about this until after the wedding as I would have solved this problem had I know at the time. The cake cutting was atrocious. I had a large wedding cake with three flavors and a grooms cake. They demolished the whole cake and cut up all the layers at once. No one knew which flavors were out and there was cake all over the tables and ground. I was very disappointed in this catering and would not advise anyone to use them.
