Starbucks at Preston and Frankfort is one of the best locations in Dallas. The quality of customer service is first-class. This is probably due to the store manager, Andre, who really cares about his customers. Rudy is his right-hand man and does an excellent job as well. There are other Starbucks locations where the customer service is horrible, specifically the Starbucks at Beltline/Quorum and the Starbucks at Midway/Beltline. I would recommend avoiding these locations whenever possible. Starbucks has a customer service problem at many of its stores in Dallas. Whether they do anything about it is an open question.Getting bad service at certain Starbucks locations is why I really appreciate the folks at Starbucks at Preston/Frankfort. They treat customers the right way, with dignity and respect. I have been going to this location since its grand opening. They have gone though a lot of really good managers over the years. The ones they have now are strong go getters! I always feel welcome by them. Sometimes the baristas are a little less inviting, but the coffee is always good.

Just try to come here to relax with my drink at this Starbucks location but I feel so bad this is not what I want with my horrible drink bad taste two of them they make wrong drink and I just walked back and asked them nicely and I wanted them to change it for me or make a new one but they didn't want to and one of bigger guy his face like he was dissatisfied and he didn't want to change it for me he just grab my drink and just add more of caramel on it and that all very terrible service ever.
