Shaved Ice Snow Cones Funnel Cake

Service with a smile, not here. This place provides a bad customer service experience when you place your order and when you pick up as well. While you wait, you have the pleasure of smelling the stench of the water that collects in the large pot holes in the parking area.

Usually they have the best shaved ice but today it was horrible. Dont think i will be back to this location?

It 's ok to grab a cold snow cone on a hot and sunny day. The line is pretty long and sometimes it 's kinda hard to know where it begins and ends. The only complaint I have is. When you order a pickle snow cone and want your pickles at the bottom they won 't do it. I don 't see what the issue is I and my husband have asked and was told NO they go on the top only.

I asked them to remake my sno cone because it didn’t taste right and he told me he reused the same cup, just dumped out the previous contents and refilled it. The manager didn’t seem to realize that he had violated a series of health codes….I’ve come here for years and this was the first time I’ve ever asked them to remake a sno cone. Quality of service has gone down tremendously so much so that in previous visits, other customers speculated that ownership had changed. When I asked today if that was the case, I was surprised to hear him say “no”. I used to enjoy sno cones so much that I travel here from Downtown. What a wasted trip today!
