Pollo Regio - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Delicious food, my family and I really liked it, and the staff was very attentive, We will definitely visit them often!

Today I went to the Pollo Regio establishment and we bought two chickens to take away and surprise that when we got home, none of the chicken came with a breast, it came in 4 halves with 4 small pieces each in one of them, 3 legs came out, I called and they left me waiting in line for assistance from an immediate supervisor it is very wrong that they do that because we paid around $70 dollars for 16 small pieces of Regio chicken it is unfair that they are doing that

Once again we had an excellent chicken experience, we recommend it 100

The cashier Santiago had excellent service, very friendly and correct!

Always come here every now and then to get food and never had any issues. Food is always hot and fresh. My favorite is the baked potato
