Panera Bread - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Janice (pronounced juh niece helped me with my Panera app deals questions and was very friendly!

Had to figure out how to order and they call your name like takeout.

I'd love to say something better about the neighborhood Panera I frequent but the service is really hit or miss A few months ago I requested assistance when ordering about which items were vegan. The name tag on the person ringing ne up said they were a manager and they couldn't answer my question! Several times I've ordereded coffee for dine in and the coffee carafes are cold. Today I paid extra for blueberries on my oatmeal and only got 4! I'm disappointed also that there are only a few salads in all the new items that can be customized to be vegan.

Didn't eat here, but the staff seemed really nice. I was only door dashing.

Love this place my favorite sandwich for breakfast live hereand need to picked up every single day.
