Mad Pie - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I ordered and paid for a pizza through their website with a pickup time at 10pm, but when I arrived to pick up minutes before pickup time, the shop was closed with the lights off and no one in sight. I called the next morning to request a refund and the store manager Cody answered and said he had already requested a third party refund me. It's been days and I still haven't gotten my refund nor have they answered any of my follow-up calls in the past few days. At this point it feels like deliberate theft and/or zero concern for customer satisfaction.

Showed up during open hours(5:45PM SAT) with an employee standing outside wondering where the manager was to unlock the door. I felt bad for the employee and how unprofessional it looked on the business.

Overpriced and underwhelming, and to top it off the service is absolutely terrible. It took literally over an hour to make food for 7 people, and one of the items never even made it to us. Totally unacceptable for any kind of professional pizza kitchen.

I had a great experience when this spot first opened a couple of years ago but I stopped by earlier this week and ordered a Dallas Victor pizza but they only prepared a slice for me. They acknowledged the mistake and then prepared an entire pizza but after waiting nearly half an hour in total they gave me a pizza that was not fully cooked so it was very doughy. Maybe they were rushing it because I was there for so long but ultimately I felt pretty stupid waiting so long for such subpar pizza.

This place was small but amazing! We got the Madgherita pizza and it was worth the money! The service was good! The workers were funny and spoke with us! We really enjoyed the pizza and sitting at the table outside in downtown Dallas! A must try if you are in town!
