Dunkin' - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

It has an inside with posted hours, but it was locked. Cashier pointed out that it is a drive thru. Well, then post that your inside lobby is locked and not being used. That is false advertisement for someone that looks up the place.

Walked in, waited 5 minutes in line. There was only lady in front of me. We were both completely ignored while the two employees served the drive through line. Walked out. There’s a reason this store is rated so low.

We showed up at 1140 on a Tuesday. The dine-in area was locked with no sign, we had to go through the drive-through, and they proceeded to get 50% of the order wrong. We paid for stale food, terrible coffee, and an attitude. I would not recommend ever giving this place a try.

This location has really friendly staff. Love the seasonal offerings.

The service was great. (Very energetic young lady helped us) The doughnuts weren't bad either.
