Dallas Bbq Grill Cleaning

DONT DO IT! Where to start. I love going to north park, it's always nice to end it with a nice sit down restaurant. But I always regret coming here. And I always say to my GF, “we're never coming back here” but literally it's the only place in the mall. Any ways. SERVICE: is nice. 3/5 FOOD: BAD 1/5 .. I ordered the biggest steak they had which was a 12 oz ribeye, medium rare with mash potatoes. This was 60 dollars. The steak was about as small as an 8 oz and the worst cut of ribeye ever. Super fatty and just really not enjoyable, it comes with a stick of freaking butter that they decided that they will not melt for you. The mash potatoes OMG TAKE IT OFF THE MENU!! It sucks it's literally box mash potatoes and it's trash it sucks. The only decent side they have is Mac and cheese oh and IT WAS SOLD OUT THE LAST 2 visits! I would've gave this all a pass if it was my first time. The problem is it is consistently bad. And people that say “well it's not a steak house it's for seafood blah blah” it doesn't matter. Take pride in the restaurant and hire cooks that can cook. If you made it this far, don't eat here

We had a lovely Valentine's Day lunch . I was given a long stem rose as we were seated which was really nice. We ordered their Edamame with the angry sauce on the side. Glad we chose that option because it was quite spicy, but good. We ordered the perfect pair 6 oz filet and lobster with grilled asparagus which was absolutely delicious! The steak was tender and juicy. We also ordered the chocolate lava cake w/ vanilla ice cream which was the perfect ending to a romantic meal.

Everything seemed dirty and not clean. I got spicy tuna roll and it was very cold and rice were old and not cooked all the way. Sweet potato fries were all tiny tiny pieces like they gave us what was left on the bottom of the fryer. Had to wait 5 mins just to get soy sauce. Would not go back to that location again because it just didn't seem clean at all.

The food and experience dining here was just okay. There was nothing exceptional. The typical short staffing post pandemic experience was definitely felt, but the waitress was attentive and professional. The cleanliness of this restaurant is concerning. The restroom floors were sticky and dirty overall. Towards the end of our dinner, we noticed a small brown bug crawling on the table, and we paid and left. We were in the dining area, not outdoors! Yuck.

It was the most expensive meal I've had in a long time and the prime rib wasn't delicious. The other adult entrees in our party were also disappointing. My daughter loved her bento kids meal though. The bathroom floor was flooded.
