Corner Bakery - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

They used to be good with their online orders never had issues. However, in the last month I’ve gone 4 times and I’m always missing something. The add the order sticker to the bag so I’m not sure why I’m always missing something. Whoever handles their online orders needs to read the orders carefully and not just throw things in the bag. It sucks to pay for things you don’t get.

I was at the Corner Bakery in , CA I went and stood in line for 45 minutes, was never acknowledge, only when a lady that was standing in line spoke and wanted to know the waiting period is when we were told it would be at least another 20 minutes. When finally it was time for me to order I ordered chicken Santa Rosa and was told No! because they were out of noodles. These employees need to go through some training regarding stellar service on how to treat their customers. Why not let us know so we are not standing in line and waste our time. I think Corner Bakery should compensate the customers that were standing in line yesterday in the Chino Hills Cafe with no acknowledgement, with some gift certificates. I asked if we could get a raincheck for the buy one get one free and was told to call corporate, I called and that number does not work.

Frisco, TX location. Manager is rude. No customer service. This guy has caused corner bakery to lose a longtime customer in us. How do people like him get into management positions? There is better customer service at Walmart or McDonald’s.

It's no secret this place is not cheap but it is convenient when you do not want to drive out during lunch. Since they reopened, it's like the servings are smaller for same price as the servings they use to give. What happened to giving the piece of bread with soup? They give you 5 to 6 croutons with it only. What happened to their whole sandwich? Now they sell half a sandwich for same price they sold the whole sandwich...This place was better off staying closed. I know I'm not the only one who misses the Asian lady who worked down stairs. At least her prices, food and servings were decent. This place does not even deserve 1 star.
