Cava - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I always go to Cava Cedar park but when I learned that there is CAVA in Georgetown that made my life easy! I love their food , its really very healthy specially I am gluten sensitive I have a variety to choose from. I also love when Mariah and Mavise are the ones taking my orders, they always make it sure I got the right orders and looking at their smiles make my experience in CAVa worth going back over and over again! 3x a week!

It was my first time at Cava at this venue. The whole experience was literally 10/10. KY who served us at this venue was so kind, sweet patient with my girlfriend I as we placed our orders.

Tamera and Brandon were excellent! The food was delicious Harissa chicken bowl. Yummu!

I absolutely love Cava but this McKinney location is the worst for customer service. No welcomes, no smiles, no interaction. The kitchen and counters where the food is always looks dirty. I placed a to go order on 9/9 with pita bread and dressing on the side.. they didn’t include either one in my bag. When I asked the lady for them there was no apology or even a literal word. Every other cava I’ve been to in Dallas is such a better experience!

I’ll start by saying I’m kinda basis’ lol I love cava. Tonight I came in and Crystal took great care of me. She was was so sweet and welcoming. When I got to the checkout I noticed I made the mistake of leaving my wallet at home and I was going to run home and get it but Crystal was nice enough to spread love my way and let me get it on the house. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Crystal.
