Whataburger - Dallas

I absolutely love this place! The only minor issue is that the drive-thru line can sometimes take a while.

It took 40 minutes to pick up my mobile order. The only positive aspect is that everything was accurate—though it was cold.

I’ve ordered from this place several times, and they always seem to get something wrong. This time, they left out the cookies, the fries were ice cold, and the unsweetened tea was sweet. I decided to give it another shot, but they forgot the onion rings and handed me a vanilla shake instead of the raspberry one I ordered.

Since Raul G has been managing the place has been uphill. I even saw him out washing the parking lot and rolling up the hose! He?s hands on and doing great for the place

Waited 10 minutes past the latest pickup time, to have to call them to bring my food out. When they brought out the food not even 2 minutes later, the guy apologized about the wait and said that my order didn 't show I was here on their screen. I askedif my food was just sitting there the whole time. He said no, we start it when you check in. My fries were cold and the burgerand chicken sandwich were both nasty. My food had been sitting out. Thanks Whataburger for cold food that wasn 't sitting out.
