Love me some Panera! Location is nice too, great service food was fresh! Yum! Love their Green Goddess Cobb Salad!

Don't go to this place at night. My first time at this point and I'm so disappointed. The staff came down by an hour. You can say they're just throwing orders together, my food was disgusting.

I ordered a autumn soup and a grilled cheese sandwich with turkey and a slice of tomatoes. This is the second time that the order was created incorrectly. The soup had neither the pumpkin seeds nor a baguette. I specifically asked that it was included because I picked up for my roommate. I understand that people can make a person a mistake, but it is disappointing when money is spent and the money is not provided. I tried to talk to an employee or manager several times, but the phone was not answered. It wasn't a good time. This inevitable in every sense!!

I'm not sure what's happening here, but I'm pretty sure I have really good idea. Workers do not seem to want to be there and it is really reflected from them. I had brought this to them and I was so upset and even asked for silver clothing, because they forgot to give it to me. She got an attitude and pointed right in front of her where they were, and I wonder if she could give me since they were over the room. I'd never come back. Too bad people love to come here and I'm pretty sure this place won't be long open.

The food was good. You need to improve the way online orders are picked up in the store. I came in and got my online order I was suddenly stopped and easily questioned in the middle of the person behind the counter like a thief. Maybe it was the hoodie I wore. Either I didn't appreciate this treatment and I'll never get back to this place. And there is no need to face McAllisters directly.
