I had never been to this area before, but on a Sunday, the small parking lot was completely full, which told me everything I needed to know. I made a U-turn at the KFC and headed back. This down-home restaurant serves a variety of comfort food staples, like greens and beans. I tried the brisket sandwich, ordering it leaner for health reasons, which usually results in a dry BBQ experience. To my surprise, it was as tender as a sirloin! It was probably the best brisket I've ever had. The homemade sauce was just the right amount, complementing the meat without overpowering it. It might have been a little thin, but it paired perfectly with the beef. I can't wait to visit this place again!

The brisket, ribs, sausage links, and giant baked potatoes are unbeatable. If you’re craving some classic soul food, stop by during lunchtime or on Sundays after church. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, but let me tell you—it’s worth it. The menu features mouthwatering oxtails, pork steak, neck bones, collard greens, mac and cheese, and much more. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the generous portions. As for the barbecue, it comes smothered in a delicious sauce that's perfect for dipping white bread. If you prefer, just ask for the sauce on the side. For the adventurous, you can request it spicy or, if you’re ordering to go, grab some of their hot sauce. It’s truly a transcendent experience.

Haven't been to Odoms in years til yesterday. Will definitely go again. Beef potato was very good. Ribs came right off the bone And staff was very nice and courteous!

I love getting the chopped burger or baked potato the food is so good! I been going there since i was a kid with my parents.
