Bidrage med feedbackStopped in here after Tulane pulled off the miracle win…. We just had to have some NOLA food and they didn’t disappoint. Started with the crab cake then had the shrimp ettufee along with red beans and rice and gumbo. Fast service. Really liked it!!
Very friendly staff. Fast service. Food was pretty good. Wasn't impressed with the fried cafish basket. The creole pasta was fantasticKid-friendliness: Not reallyParking: Not hard to park IF you are willing to pay for it. Easiest is the hotel parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible
I've gone twice to this establishment and have not been disappointed with the food either time. It's a great location downtown and there is parking available in the garage underneath. Just a tip turn left onto Elm from Field, then quickly get into the left lane to take the ramp into the garage. We've had the same server both times and while she is competent, don't expect an effervescent chatty personality. Neither time that we've been has it been crowded, and I don't understand that. The view of the park outside is quite pleasant. Also, take a sweater, because the restaurant is kept quite cool!
Came here for a quick lunch with my coworker and overall we were satisfied with the food and customer service. They have a lunch menu you can order from (with limited options) and I ordered the soup and salad (Maison add blackened shrimp and gumbo). The food came out fairly quickly although they were slightly busy. I would definitely come back again to try their fried catfish and drinks!
My daughter and black grandchildren were denied seating despite having called ahead. They tried to say it was because they only had one cook. When my white husband and I walked in, they offered us a table until they realized my Hispanic daughter and black teenage grandchildren, who they just denied a table, would be sitting with us.They only had 2 tables of which already had food in front of them.I shared a picture. The cook was not in the weeds. They just didn’t want to serve my daughter and grandchildren because of their skin color. What year is this?
