Lucky's Hot Chicken - Dallas

The food here is delicious and reasonable prices. The medium heat is awesome and Luckys sauce is perfect for dipping. The fries are seasoned and crinkle cut, so yum! Nothing here is bad or bland. Service is friendly and fast. And of course the atmosphere is so cool and great blues music. And who wouldn't want free ice cream!

This place is awesome! This location especially feels like you are dining in a Tarantino film, with music to match. All the staff were in a notably good mood and I even got my shoes complimented! We ordered, got a table and (no lie) within 15 seconds of sitting down we had our food. The chicken was juicy and super flavorful, I got the medium spice which is definitely a manageable amount of heat. The fries are amazing; they season the bejeezus out of them, and the included dipping sauce is also very good. Then after all that you get free soft serve. 11/10 would recommend, we'll be coming back!

Wonderful place. The sandwiches were great. The seasoning in the fries was awesome. The staff was fun and engaging. Just one tip. If you want something hotter all them about their secret menu. You can get a lot hotter sandwich! So awesome!

I used to come here all the time before another company bought them out and changed everything, which made me stop coming as frequently. I came back to this location for the first time in a year and everything went back to how it was before as the original owner bought the company back. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. Jessy was such a nice and amazing person to talk to, I will definitely be coming back more often because of her. Everyone should try this place out!!

I will just have to say I have been to Luckys in the past. It was good and then it went downhill really fast, opening several locations that bombed. The chicken was a joke so I quit going to Luckys. My favorite hot chicken place is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I was in the mood for hot chicken and in the area. My friend and I decided to go in to give it a shot after reading a couple of recent reviews. All the reviews were pretty fair and they mentioned that the chicken was juicy and flavorful. We had to go see for ourselves upon arriving we saw Jessie at the counter. She had a huge smile from ear to ear, very welcoming and she assured us that the place was under new leadership. We ordered our food. she brought it to us and it was delightful. We are so excited to have another place to go in the area. Thank you for redeeming yourself Luckys. You're back on the map. And thank you Jessie for your attitude and your wonderful smile. Let me be clear. This is only the Gaston location.
