Kuby's Sausage House - Dallas

The food here disappointed me. I'm from Germany myself and this is definitely not authentic. More of a US/German fusion. If you have ever visited Germany: Don't expect too much. The potato salad was warm and very odd (more like a stew) most places in Germany serve it cold and either vinegar or mayo based. The only thing I liked was the potato pancakes. The staff was very friendly and attentive though, so I'm giving a couple of stars for that!

Decor was very German-like and the market was small but had so many necessities that you would want! Food was pretty good and I really loved the fact that they gave you wasabi to enjoy your meal with. A super cool concept but it works so well and complements the meat dishes!

Great lunch spot for authentic Austrian brats and beers. Highly recommend the three sausage plate. We also tried the German potato pancakes which were great to snack on as well.Limited seating so get there early if you want a spot! Also, be sure to check out the market that is next to the dining hall when you’re done eating. Worth a trip for sure!

Always great German food. I have been going to Kuby’s for over 45 years. The restaurant is small and parking is a challenge, so be patient. You can also check out the market connected to the restaurant for awesome meats, sausages and authentic German fare. Don’t forget the strudel.

Great food that comes out piping hot and very fresh. We sat at the counter and the server was very attentive quick with refills and friendly. Cool atmosphere!! I would highly recommend the schnitzel sandwich.
