Jack In The Box - Dallas

This restaurant is in a great location, right next to the Baylor Medical Center in Dallas Theological Seminary. One of the best things about this place is that it is tucked away between tall buildings, so there isn't a lot of foot traffic. The food is always served hot and fresh, and the staff is very friendly. If you're hungry and in the area, I highly recommend paying them a visit.

I was denied service inside the restaurant, even though I saw other customers eating inside. I had to use the drive-thru because I was not allowed to use my company vehicle in the drive-thru. The reason given was that it was against their policy. I believe this policy is unfair, as customers should be able to choose how they want to receive service, whether they drive or dine in. Unfortunately, for people like me who are unable to use business vehicles or come on foot, this restriction was inconvenient.

I used to frequent this restaurant often, but over time I have noticed a decline in the quality of service. It has become hit or miss whether my order will be correct. Every time there is a mistake, it seems like the staff struggles to read the screen and follow the order correctly. I understand that mistakes happen, but it seems to happen every time I visit. This time, I was missing items like fries. It was only today that they finally checked the order before leaving.

I stopped at this Jack in the Box and was treated so nicely, I went twice in one week! The food is delicious, prepared fresh and the wait time is not long. I went through their Drive-Thru twice, and was helped by two different people. One was the sweetest woman EVER! She is a good person and you can tell she likes her job! The other time I was helped out by a young man who was also so sweet and prepared my meal with care. THANK YOU for being such an amazing group of people. I ordered the new Spicy chicken sandwiches and it was delicious! A location worth stopping by!

Mac was super nice. Just wanted to make sure I let it be known. You usually don't encounter many sweet fast food employees. And in a time where we only say things when we're unhappy I wanted to make sure he gets credit where it is due. Great job!!!
