Glen's Kitchen - Dallas

I ordered 2 hamburger baskets. The burgers are ok despite the wilted lettuce, the waffle fries were hard as a rock which I thought I was getting regular fries. I didn't order cheese so I guess they charged me extra for the Styrofoam box. Either that or the menu prices have changed. Was charged $19.45 for two burger baskets.

Food was good but the Restroom needs to be updated.

All I can say is “finger licking good” 1st visit I will definitely be back!!!!!

We had high expectations based on the positive reviews, but our experience was a letdown. I ordered a brisket plate and received 1 slice of brisket. I called and spoke with the female owner inquiring why for $13 you only get 1 slice of brisket. She was very rude and argumentative, as if I didn’t have the right to question this rip off. After we hung up the phone, her husband had the nerve and the audacity to call me back with an attitude questioning me, about why I was contacting them, accusing me of hanging up in his wife face, etc. Though the one slice of brisket was very good, the owners seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. I support black business, but will NEVER support this ripoff again.

Order a Cheeseburger and it was the worst burger I ever Had!!! Taste like dish washing liquid
