Fogo de Chao Dallas Uptown

I’ve been to several Fogo de Chao and by far this was the least impressive experience. I’ve always raved about the customer service, but this was less than average. Our waiter was the worse, no engagement at all. The ribs were extremely dry, although that was not an issue. I took my daughter, so she could have the experience, but I ended up apologizing. My plate was never changed out once. No green or red cards. Bread was not refreshed

They asked “ would like to try my meat” and it made me feel uncomfortable. My at usual spot would’ve been Texas De Brazil!! They have a different system in place for them to only mention the meats on the plate. Not if “ I want to try there messy” The mashed potatoes were missing flavor. A rib was so dry and had zero meat on it, more like fat. The salad bar items weren’t very good. Over it was good. But will NOT be returning back

The service was amazing. The food is not well seasoned. But I'm from Louisiana so my pallet loves flavor. The lemon pepper chicken was extremely salty. The salmon had no seasoning. I don't do beef or pork but my lady was not impressed by either she tried. Salad bar was great

Service was poor and for a steak restaurant the meat was chewing and tough

The food was so good, I just wish that more green, plated vegetables were available. Other than that, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals and our time together at Fogo
