Domino's Pizza - Dallas

One of the best Domino's locations I like having an option to sit at nice clean booths to eat my order.

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO EVER EXIST!!!!!! the boss of the entire place will argue w you over the phone. i waited over 45 minutes for 2 pizzas to come and yet both came smashed and cold. neither one are even eatable. the driver was also zero help and wasn't any better. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! worst pizza ever

They don't deserve the one star we're forced to give but honestly I'll give them that and that's for the NEWEST manager at this location for June/July. Overall, the Customer service, SUCKS! Attitudes, SUCK!! Accuracy and Presentation, SUCKS!! Pizza, SUCKS!! Delivery time, SUCKS! Everything STILL SUCKS about this location. The new manager seems to be doing what he can and it's a tremendous difference than what it used to be 6mos to a year ago but when he's away, it's a **** show again! Worst Dominos in the entire city and that's really sad for this particular area. Got my order wrong and it was undercooked. Took a few days for someone to call back as they don't honor the free pizza when they mess up anymore. Supposed to had gotten a credit, ordered something different and still somehow came out to the same price even though the order was less than what was initially purchased. When the pizza arrived it was cold and worse than the original pizza that I ordered!! I won't be eating Domino's from this location again.

Specifically ask for no cheese as my son is allergic, waited and hour for the pizza -and it came with CHEESE. My son had nothing to eat with the rest of us. They offered to refund only that pizza.. i asked for a partial comp and they put me on hold for 30mins then hung up.

I wish there was a zero star rating. I ordered pizza for my family, and didn't receive it for 2 hours. Driver went to the wrong building. When he finally made it to our home he was very rude. He told us we should tip him because we are living better than him that he made two trips. We told him about his inconvenience and he walked off yelling obscenities. I called the restaurant back and sadly they didn't care. I wouldn't order a napkin for my dog from this **** poor establishment ever again. The food was mid per usual.
