Horrible customer service before closing and a real disappointment. We frequent here a lot as we live in the Georgian. Normally service is great. Not sure what was up tonight but definitely seemed like new staff with bad attitudes. We ordered two fishsandwich meals and received two fresh sandwiches with 2 old fries. We politely asked for fresh fries to be told to pull up witha attitude. We were still patient. A guy came out to bring out new fries (so we thought) he was nice and politely gave us thefries. To our surprise they were our same fries just microwave reheated. As you can imagine I was upset and just took them backand said forget it but the heavier set girl at the window told me DONT COME BACK. Such a bummer because I can understand a offnight but to be rude when I?m spending my money is just Blanton disrespectful. I will be definitely taking her advice and won?tbe back. Especially when I can buy the same meal at Publix and cook it at home.. so much for supporting business within thecommunity to be treated like me being a frequent customer means nothing.

I always order a lg and share it with my son. He has gluten allergies. So I have to get less appetizing options. Then pay 50% more to get something I like on the side so it does not mix with his. Of course they wouldn't do it. I ended up throwingaway 3/4 of the blizzard because of the flavor we ended up with. Management here does not care about those with glutenallergies. Or atleast not my family

Perpetually in a state of ?help wanted? even though there?s always about 6-8 people working inside for the 1 drive through window. Nothing to rave about just another DQ with the added air of we need workers.

Very cold fries!! Ordered onion rings, received fries, I didn't want to turn around fries were cold to the touch. Apparently who put them in the bag has no sense of touch. I don't eat cold fries!!!!! Have a little pride in your job!!!!

Went to get an ice cream birthday cake, only to find the doors locked with a sign saying, well you know by now what the sign said. So, I ended up buying the smallest cake they had after hearing it described in the drive-thru! I would have sprung for amuch bigger and more expensive cake had I been able to SEE them, but decided to punish them with the minimum possible cakepurchase since they can 't devote 1 person to the lobby orders! Won 't go back until lobby is open!
