Chick-fil-a - Dallas

The staff was incredibly friendly and amusing. Everything was well-organized, making it very easy to place our orders—everything flowed smoothly. The food was delicious, and everything had a nice crispiness to it. This is definitely one of the best Chick-Fil-A locations I’ve ever visited. There are also plenty of nearby dining options, including Chinese, Mexican, and barbecue.

I had the most disappointing experience at a Chick-fil-A. They mixed up all of my colleagues' orders, burned my sandwich, and didn’t make it deluxe. This was my first time trying Chick-fil-A in a few years, and I'm really let down.

Restaurant is underground, if you're above ground look for the glass piramid next to the Renaissance tower. Restaurant always have a line but they get you out very quickly.

We placed an office UberEats order that they somehow gave to someone else. When our driver actually got there, they said the food was gone and refused to remake the order. I cannot believe the lack of customer service. You let someone steal our food and you won't replace it??Love CFA, but go to a different location. They don't want to treat you right here.
