Beyond The Butchers - Dallas

Absolutely Delicious. I never write reviews, but feel compelled to. They have the absolute best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. The Baked potato with beef bacon (it’s delicious) was amazing too! Not from Dallas but I will come back here if I’m ever in the city again.

We were visiting Dallas from Wisconsin and we were fortunate to run into Desiree and she was an absolute pleasure. She introduced us to her wonderful business and gave us a list of places to stop by while we are here. Like talking to an old friend. Service was honest as she hustled around. Jerky and food were delicious! So happy to support a veteran-run, genuine, family business!

One of the best burgers I've had in Dallas if not the best. We got a brisket burger an macaroni and cheese. The burger was incredibly juicy, smoky, and flavorful. It was a fantastic interpretatation of Texan cuisine done right. We were so excited by what we got that we were breaking off chunks of the burger and making sure everyone could try it. The mac and cheese was pretty standard. It had a milky texture (runny, not thick), but this is my personal preference. The staff was friendly and fast at getting the food out. I highly recommend trying this little food stand!

Pretty quick service for as busy as this place gets, the quality was pretty good, tender meat, crisp bacon, with a nice side of fries, both of the counter workers were very courteous and helpful despite the hordes of people everywhere. Not the biggest burger but still worth the price for the portions you receive. Go check it out!
