The atmosphere wasn?t friendly or upbeat. Our lasagna looked good and was tasty but was cold in the middle. Maybe he was having an off day. Maybe he?s ready to retire. Don?t know. I?m leaving this to be helpful to him and maybe get back on his game.
The atmosphere is very nice but unfortunately we had a bad experience. From the minute we sat down, there was a rush for us to place our orders. The food took 1.5 hours to arrive and when it did, my order was not even warm. The flavor was good but eating cold pasta is not what I was expecting.
This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we are definitely planning to return. We ordered the Gnocchi, Tagliatelle Bolognese, Veal Scallopini di Limon, and the Tomato Soup with grouper and shrimp. The first three dishes were truly outstanding. Personally, I felt the soup needed a little more salt, but that's just a matter of preference and can easily be adjusted at the table. The service was impeccable, and it reminded us of our time in Florence. We'll certainly come back!
I really enjoyed this restaurant. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the complimentary bread, butter, and olives. The ambiance is quite romantic. We particularly loved the rigatoni, and the portions for our pasta dishes were surprisingly generous for a fine dining establishment, which we really appreciated. It left us with plenty of leftovers, just in case!
Our waiter, Chris, was fantastic! He provided a top-notch experience, reminiscent of the Ritz Carlton. Whenever we made a request, he responded with a cheerful "Done!" The food was outstanding, easily deserving a perfect 5/5. This place is truly a hidden gem!
