Subway Sandwiches Salads - DALEVILLE

I arrived at the restaurant just after 8pm on a Tuesday, but it was already closed despite their posted hours saying they open until 10pm. I opted for dine-in for dinner, and the overall experience was quite disappointing. I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person.

I visited the restaurant around 9:30 PM, and the service was disappointing. The manager was rude when I inquired about specific meats, and there was hardly any vegetable selection available. Meanwhile, she was engaged in a conversation with a delivery driver about a former employee she had fired. After paying for my food, I went to grab some napkins and took about five. The manager gave me an unpleasant look and remarked, “You just want me to open it.” I won't be returning to this location. Service: Takeout.

Honestly, this was the best Subway experience I've ever had. The young woman working was by herself because another employee called in sick, yet she managed everything exceptionally well. She made the most delicious cookies I've ever tasted and prepared my sandwich perfectly. Despite the line of customers that formed all at once, she handled it efficiently and kept everything organized. I was really impressed—she shows great potential for management. She definitely deserves a raise. It wouldn't hurt to set up a tip jar either. Overall, I truly had a fantastic experience. She was amazing, and the food was delicious.
