Well, this is really retro. Even entering the pub gives me the impression that I have entered someone 's barn. At 12:15 p.m., there was only one of the 3 dishes on the menu liver: so the fried cheese saved it. The service was nice, the portions were big, but when paying I had to dictate what we had: When we left, we were surprised by the absence of a handle and we had to open it with a key. ....today we (4 adults and 4 children) visited this very stylish restaurant for lunch on the way from a baseball tournament...at first we doubted for a while if we were right and if the door on the barn door really leads to the restaurant... after the step, a real village atmosphere breathes on you, but nothing that would deter you from sitting at the table....immediately after sitting down at the table, we ordered (the menu is short, so you have your choice within a few moments)... soups (honest homemade broth with noodles) brought in a few minutes...the main dishes were also served surprisingly quickly...fried cheese curds (properly ripened, which is rather an exception) and tenderloin were very good and the portions large...the only weak point is the timing of the service ...the soups were brought first and we hadn 't finished it yet and they were already putting the main dishes on the table (we only ordered two types of dishes, so I understand that the preparation was shortened)...after that the drinks were only brought and the bottled beer and tea were brought until halfway through the main meal...they have a small crayfish zoo in the yard and a fairly well-equipped playground, but we didn 't have the chance to use it in this weather....
