Disgusting and dirty. All rooms have ash trays, smell like smoke. Just gross beyond words, especially at 67$ a night. Unsafe and dangerous hallways that are totally dark to get to your room. Never booked a worse place. Overworked front desk staff, no bell man service. They must mean 4 stars out of 100, not 5.

Disgusting. Tiny 2 single beds. Our flight was cancelled so we was advised to stay at the Dalaman Likia resort hotel as its only 5mins away from the airport. The room is €130. It’s smaller than a bathroom with two single beds. The Carpet smells, the room like cigarettes. It literally smells like a weatherspoons pub on a bad day. I told them that the room isn’t even decent for the price and asked if they could change. After going back and forth they agreed to change the room but the other room was just as bad. This hotel isn’t even 1 star. The staff are rude. Don’t waste your time staying here.

Rooms are full of broken utilities. Room# 2117 Balcony rail is loose, balcony door cannot be closed, the shower facet skirting water at you, room s sofa s right arm is broken, not enough lights in The room. One bed side lamp is broken and loose. LCD TV is so small, Carpets is dirty! I hope you guys will fix all these before the next guest, which I doubt.. Other than that breakfast and dinner was very good.

The rooms are basic and slightly outdated for a hotel that is rated 4 star but the breakfast isn't too bad. I had emailed the hotel and also sent them a message both on Facebook and via booking.com to enquire about the spa service 4 days in advance of checking in, I got no response and was disappointed to find that there was no female massage therapist and no areas in the spa that were ladies only. We had come from an amazing time in fethiye and thought we'd spent 2 nights enjoying the facilities but couldn't. We asked to speak to the manager three times but they just didn't bother turning up and left the hotel reception staff to deal with my frustrations who are clearly overworked and under staffed. This hotel is only for a very short stay and only worth if your flights are cancelled as there is nothing to do in the surrounding area. The only positive side from our experience is that we were offered a late check out after being told we would be charged £25 which I refused.

Staff unhelpful. Had booking at another hotel which was closed on arrival. 11pm at night wheelchair bound and 3 suitcases the taxi driver took me here and asked for available room. Yes had room BUT would only take online booking and payment in Euros. Husband sorted this out and was eventually let into a room. 2am phone call by reception come and pay up as no booking received! Disgraceful as I was no risk of leaving without paying. Eventually they took Turkish lira bitt question why I asked for receipt. And it didn 't stop there Next morning I fell as bed was tiny and totally unsuited to disability (as was room and broken shower stool). Help only came when they tried to evict me. 4 men, 2 women. Lifted me up to seated and said time to vacate room not do you need doctors etc. I showed I had another night booking and they left. No consideration at all for customers. Thoughts to stay instead of find another hotel left when we had lunch watered down wine and a look at the spa which was filthy. Warning for disabled customers room is standard thin room, no turning circle. Beds are narrow and check shower stool before trying as mine fell down the minute I put a bottle of shower gel. Luckily as it was dangerous. Ramps are impossible to do alone and far too steep to even give a carer a chance of control unless very strong.
