The location is very accesible in Malolos Bulacan, along the highway. The foods are very good yet affordable price. You can also enjoy the music here. They have live bands during dinner.

If you're looking for a garden restaurant with a wide variety of dishes but won't rob your wallet, we might just know of the place. Located in an easy-to-find spot in Malolos City, Carmen's Restaurant is one of the few things that make dining in Malolos such a breeze and a truly delectable experience. We dined in here one Sunday noon and we had a really nice time. I particularly liked the Kare-Kare Beef and the Leche Flan Macapuno.

I brought my wife here to celebrate her 26th birthday and since she likes to drink, I took her here. I have been here once. I thought it was still the same as I remembered it. Sure, the live band played the music I like but the staff are out of sorts, they served the beer without a bucket of ice. It is hard to call their attention. the restroom is not too clean. The ambience is quite okay except it is a little crowded. It is disappointing.

We heard the place to have good place and best food due to ratings!? We expect the place to be presentable and good place for family dinner, but we have seen not a good place: old chairs, old table, with not so lighted place, not so clean...we're frusrated!

Nice foods and prices, 2 sundays in a row, after a long traffic along malolos, chicharon bulaklak crispy pata are my favs, I don't recommend the Dinahong meals, I need to try the nilasing ma hipon
