China Express Buffet - Dahlonega

I previously worked at a Chinese buffet, and I have to say, this place is AMAZING!!! They offer an excellent variety of dishes, and the flavors are authentic, not overly Americanized. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is currently under new ownership and management. Our experience was quite positive. The egg rolls were a bit on the small side but tasted good. The portion of house fried rice was generous. The crab rangoons were excellent. They also package everything nicely for easy takeout, and the place was very clean.

I visited the restaurant during an off-peak time (3 PM) for the buffet, and I was impressed by how attentive the staff was in ensuring that all the food remained fresh and well-stocked. Both the restaurant and the dishes were clean. The food was typical of an American-style Chinese buffet—nothing extraordinary, but it met my expectations. My only complaint was the radio playing a rather unpleasant Christian music station.

We found the buffet by chance, and we were happy with the food assortment and taste. Traditional Chinese selections were plentiful, sushi-sashimi offers were available, but limited, and desserts dressing were considerable. All this was very favorable, and server was friendly efficient.
