My favorite thing to do is find a new little town to explore. While exploring, this cafe was referred to me. The building is beautiful and historic. The interior is full of beautiful and quirky decor lots of taxidermy which I love. I came in right at 3pm which was the end of their brunch service and apparently it had been a busy day so far. So I’m guessing the kitchen staff just stopped caring. I ordered the she crab soup which was warm but flavorless. Unless flour is a flavoring. Not much crab. I also ordered the meatballs on ricotta, the appetizer. Meatballs were lukewarm and a bit pink inside. The cheese was room temperature/cold. The limoncello cake was delicious. I ate the soup and took the meatballs home. They were good when actually hot. This would be a cool place to spend a meal with friends.
