らーめん Mèng Lè Táng

The tonkotsu ramen here has a rich and creamy soup. The sauce is not too heavy, so the flavor is not overpowering and doesn't leave your throat feeling dry after eating. The noodles are default firm, with a strong wheat aroma and a good chewy texture. Some may prefer it a bit softer to better complement the soup. The fried rice is on the greasier side, typical of a ramen shop. The menu consists of ramen, fried rice set, and dumplings only, following a strong style. They only open for lunch from 11 to 16.

The restaurant is clean and the service is good, making it a pleasant dining experience. The ramen has a light soup base, but pairs well with the fried rice set. If you want a more salty flavor, you can add extra seasoning from the counter. When ordering a second serving of noodles, they will bring the extra seasoning to you. Those who enjoy light pork bone ramen may fall in love with the taste.

Since it was my first time, I ordered the ramen. It was quite delicious. The soup was especially tasty. However, the greasy feeling left on my lips was a bit off-putting. The noodles were the kind typically found in Saga ramen, which is not to my liking. But considering the price, I think I would be willing to come back again when I pass by the area next time.

コスパ良し。 炒飯定食で750円安いね。 スープちょい薄め脂普通、ラーメンタレは替え玉の時に持ってくるスタイルだが、着麺の時に言ったら持ってきてくれそう。 紅生姜も配膳の時に持ってきてくれるスタイル。 客側の調味は他にスリゴマがあるようだが各席には置いてなくて帰りに気づいた。 各席にはコショウ、ギョーザ用タレ、ラー油。 炒飯うまい。ラーメンとの相性も良い。 ラーメンのチャーシューが美味しかったから 高くても多めにチャーシューぶっ込んだ炒飯あったら流行ると思う。 接客も良い。気持ちよく食べられます。 名高い店が立ち並ぶ、ちゃんぽんカツ丼ストリートの34号線のこのエリアでしかもラーメン被りの食い道楽近いしマーケティングとしては良い場所ではないと思うけどそれでも残ってるのはお店の方の丁寧な仕事あってこそだと思います。

6, 7年前のグランドオープンの時とは比にならないくらいレベルが上がってました。味もサービスも。。普通にガチで美味しい。あれからかなり勉強されたんでしょうね。
