Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Waited for my food after being parked for the 25strip pack. At least 15 cars were given their food before someone came and asked me about my order. Then another 5 minutes before they brought it out. Food was hot, but fries were only partially cooked, soggy. They apologized but never offered any compensation. Very disappointing. Will be going back to Zaxbys

I am absolutely disgusted with Raising Canes! Horrible service the last 2 visits. I really the chicken strips, fries and toasts. Two months ago I had a horrible experience. I.asked for no coleslaw or canes sauce. I received my order and there was a coleslaw container that spilled all over my fries. I brought it up to a cashier and she said there is nothing she can do. I left so hurt and distraught. I hate wasting food but I can't stand the taste of coleslaw. Tonite, I wanted to give them a second chance. Please tell me why the exact same thing happened. I did not see the point to bring it up because they got annoyed with me last time. I don't know what else to do. This Raising Canes is horrible with customer service and for those us who do not like coleslaw.

Came inside because the drive thru was very backed up and I figured I could get it quicker but I was very wrong. The service inside was slow. I went up to the counter to order and nobody was there. But when a canes employee came up to order, they rung her up before me then the cashier left again before coming back to take my order. Ordered my 2 boxes without Cole slaw, Extra fries but received Cole slaw and no extra fries. Even people who ordered after me got their food after me until the same cashier who rung me up, asked what I was waiting for and I gave her my name. Just overall not a good experience for our first time ordering inside

Ordered thru DoorDash. Nothing was opened when I got it, called to tell the manager it was in my food and I noticed it while dipping my chicken tender in the sauce. She gave me an excuse and said “we don’t make the sauce” I never said it was IN THE SAUCE. I said it was on my tender and I noticed it when I dipped it in the sauce??‍. Black strands of hair were literally all over my fries and bread. She made me contact door dash cause she again “they don’t make the sauce” ?. This is a problem with the store not door dash. No it’s not mine cause I have pink hair ?

Good food. Somewhat long lines depending on the time of day.
