Olive Garden Italian - Cypress

Serious problems here the few times we 've been. Most recently we went as a large family lunch to celebrate two birthdays. 11 am, 15 people. Service was terrible. Had to ask for bread, drinks couldn 't be refilled due to machine trouble, still charged us full price, I specifically told our waitress our party was ordering off the lunch menu, yet more than half the table was charged more than double at dinner prices. Not only that but one waitress offered a side item to 6 people then charged $3 extra for the broccoli not mentioning it was not a standard side. Half the table was served while half watched us eat, we were done eating before they got their food. We were told the kitchen exploded. Needless to say, it was evident the waitress knew how to rack up our bill, when we told them we specifically asked for lunch items, she said, I brought dinner portions, Our total bill should have been under $200 if lunch items were 9.99 and drinks $3.We shouldn 't have been charged full price for drinks they couldn 't refill at all.Our total bill was $330! Scammed by the waitress and the most they want to do is offer a gift card.Be ware, service is terrible.

William is by far one of the best waiters at this particular location. Excellent customer service, and he is always smiling every time I see him.

Olive Garden is in financial stress, but its public is also in financial stress. I enjoy going to another Italian Restaurant with 3 locations, not really close but the price is so much better. This restaurant will serve you a entree which is more than you can eat in 1 setting and comes with a salad and a roll and charges $14, while Olive Garden charges $20. This is to much to swallow and I will continue to patronize a restaurant which charges me a realistic price.

The food is not good.. definitely something they froze and reheated! Very unprofessional and just not a good energy here ... Olive Garden has gone down hill I use to love it when I was growing up- saddens me that they are lowering their standards

My husband and I took my parents out to lunch at Olive Garden, which was my mom's choice because it is her favorite place to eat out. Needless to say, the food was excellent, but the service was outstanding! Our server went out of her way to take care of us, especially my mom who is disabled and in a wheelchair. Thank you Olive Garden for such an outstanding experience. You made my mom's day and mine. I will most definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room at our table for my mom and her wheelchair.
