Little Caesars Pizza - Cypress

If I could give this place a negative, I would come, try y?all?s new pizza the thin crust to do the advertisement I go around 8:50 to be exact and when I try to say the Lord with long black hair I was not able to order my pizza because they were closed in a HOUR! However, I called the location at HWY6 and tried to place order for the exact same pizza and they could make my pizza! Not only do I feel upset because I tried to go near my house and because of their customer service, I had to drive 15 min to get a pizza. DIES is HORRIBEN AND WERB OF MANAGER OR GENERAL MANAGER Running this place badly! You can?t and won?t pick up the phone ever despite the fact that when I went into them were on the back on their phones!

No issue with my pizza 98.5% percent of the time and the other 1.5% of the time they politely fixed it. I dont wait til I get home to check my order. I dont get my food delivered then blame them if it's cold. Wth so many people needing to call for...it's a simple menu with cheap pizza. There's not one time I received a cold pizza. Usually too hot to sit on your lap. I used to Dash so I know if you don't tip well drivers could care less about order accuracy or keeping your food warm, lbvs. This is a very popular and busy location so I dont expect to receive my food quickly if 50 cars are outside...last I don't expect stellar customer service from teenagers serving cheap pizza. But, they do a great job for the most part. People need to stop feeling entitled over $5 pizza, lol.

Where is the meat on the Supreme Pizza. .they scamming customers. They don't let people know the pizza is out of one topping. Order 458 11/14/21

They don't cook their pizza long enough or three oven isn't hot enough. Falls apart, soggy.. gross.. Shouldn't be like this.. frozen pizza at the store is better... Don't get me wrong the cheese was nice... But the breading. I literally walked out of store are a slice. Ok maybe too hot.. left lid open for it to cool.. got home.. maybe eating it cold from the fridge will be better...I hope..

What a pleasant drive through experience. The cashier was friendly and made us feel valued. She even gave my son cookies and fake tattoos, which by the way he loves! We had to wait a little longer than expected but we were okay with it since her customer service was phenomenal. And the pizza was fresh and hot! Will definitely return! Thank you!
