Howard's Coffee Shop - Cypress

This restaurant makes all the feeling that they are home! the breakfast is wonderful, especially her eier benedikt! lunch is her howards special sandwiches at least 3 are my favorites. In the evening I like the fish and chips a lot to take home for a sandwich! waitress and waitress keep their coffee or ice cream filled. very relaxing and friendly! a home away from home feeling!

**Ambiance:** I absolutely loved it. The place has a charming, rustic vibe reminiscent of a cabin, with plenty of wood accents. It feels like it hasn't changed much since the late '70s or early '80s. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. I even considered taking my parents there for brunch. **Service:** To be fair, there were only about five tables occupied at the time (three of them were ours), but the service was excellent. Our server checked on us almost a little too frequently, every six minutes or so, but I appreciated her friendly demeanor and dedication. **Overall:** I may sometimes feel like an old soul for my love of this nostalgic diner, but I embrace it. I'm really fond of this little spot and can't wait to return for another meal.

Special requests and substitutions are easily accommodated here. I prefer raw peppers instead of potatoes. Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sunday mornings are the best times to visit, as Cassandra and Vivian are both outstanding servers. The restaurant is spacious, with plenty of available seating and ample parking. The food preparation ranges from good to excellent.
