I've been wanting to try this place for a few months now. Today, while driving down Telge, I spotted the 'BBQ' sign in the median near 'The Shack.' I looked over and saw the vibrant orange Bigfoot Barbecue trailer. I arrived around 3:00 PM, but unfortunately, the moist brisket was already sold out. I wasn't leaving without sampling something, so the owner and Pitmaster, Mike Garcia, recommended I try the remaining lean brisket. Wow, it was incredible! The lean brisket was more tender and juicy than many places' moist brisket, and the flavor was phenomenal. With such high-quality lean brisket, I can't wait to try the moist brisket next weekend. If you're local to Cypress and looking for top-notch BBQ worthy of the Texas Monthly top 50 list, I highly recommend this place based on today's experience! Their dirty rice was also really good, and the customer service was outstanding!
