Alicia's Mexican Grille - Cypress

We had a great time during our visit, and we absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, and the Christmas decorations were stunning. Two of our uncles joined us, and they enjoyed it as well.

I always find a table quickly here! The food and drinks are great. However, I've had an issue twice when ordering from the drink menu. I specifically asked for a drink priced at $10, but they brought me a larger version priced at $16 without informing me until I saw the bill. While upselling can be a valuable skill in the restaurant industry, transparency is also crucial. Since this has happened to me twice, it seems like it might be a common tactic. Next time, I’ll just go for the regular-sized Wicy Margarita—it's delicious!

I've loved alicia for years! but tonight I have ordered myself and I? I will not repeat this mistake! sloppy, very small portions of mixed fajitas. no serviettes, no cutlery. hector , which says gm, they don't give them any serviettes or plastic goods with delivery orders everything was cold. no apologies from the administration! no longer protecting Alicia?s!

Pedro always takes really great care of us at lunch! We are in and out in under 45 minutes every time. The team here works really well together from the warm greeting to quick seating. After seating drink orders are taken immediately followed by chips and salsa delivery. Finally there is nothing short of a coordinated show amongst the staff to take orders, deliver the orders, refill drinks, bring more chips, offer to-go containers, bring checks, and get you in your way. A must visit for your lunch hour needs.

We chose to visit in celebration for Father?s Day, and despite of the holiday it wasn?t overly crowded and service was on point, no issues. Food was served hot, fresh, and delicious as always. Tortillas were freshly made. However, the chips were not freshly served warm. Wonderful atmosphere, really gives you a feeling of being in a Mexican ambience. Always a good relaxing experience.
